Who we are
Druddy ("we," "us") operates the druddy.app website and the Druddy mobile app, a voice assistant for drivers. We are based in Romania. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@druddy.app.
What we collect

We do not currently require an account or login to use the app. We do not collect payment information ourselves — if you book something through a partner (like a hotel via Booking.com), that transaction happens on the partner's platform, under their own privacy policy.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to make Druddy work. We share only what's needed for each to do its job:
- Anthropic — processes the text of your requests to understand and respond to them.
- Google — processes location and search terms to find nearby places (Places API).
- Resend — stores waitlist email addresses and sends the early-access notification.
- Render — hosts our backend server.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
- Travelpayouts, and in future Booking.com — used for affiliate booking links; if you complete a booking through one of these, their own privacy policy governs that transaction.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until early access has been sent and the list is no longer needed. Conversation context within the app (recent requests, search results) exists only in the app's memory during your session and is not currently stored permanently on our servers.
Cookies & tracking on this website
This website uses a script from our affiliate partner Travelpayouts to track referrals for affiliate commission purposes. This may set cookies or use similar tracking technology in your browser. We also rely on standard hosting logs from our hosting provider (Netlify).
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (including Romania), under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the waitlist)
- Lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP)

Children's privacy
Druddy is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16 years old.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
As Druddy grows — new features, new partners, new data uses — this policy will be updated. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
